What if I am not satisfied with my jewelry purchase?

The RealReal stands behind our services and all the products sold on our site. You are of course always welcome to take your purchase to your own gemologist, but if you are dissatisfied, you are free to return it for a full refund. Please contact Customer Service and we will arrange for the return at our cost.
