I can’t get my return to UPS because of COVID-19. Can I get an extension?

We understand many people may not be able to ship packages during this time. Please create a return on our site or in our app within the 14 day return window for your purchase. You can use the provided shipping label to send in your return whenever you’re safely able to get it in the mail. Your refund will be processed once we receive your item.
