How do I update my commission payment method?

We offer three commission payment methods: direct deposit, site credit (+5%) and mailed check. To update your commission payment method, visit your My Sales page. 

On a desktop/laptop computer: 

Visit My Sales by clicking the person icon at the top right-hand corner of the homepage, and then My Sales. Under your commission totals, you will see your current Payment Method. Click your current method of payment to see options for updating your payment method.

On the mobile site:

Visit My Sales by clicking the three-line menu icon on the top left-hand corner of the screen, and then My Sales. Just above your commission totals you will see your current Payment Method. Click Update to the right of your current Payment Method to see options for updating your payment method.

On the mobile app:

We currently do not offer the ability to update your commission payment method on our app.  

You may update your commission payment method at any time, however updates will go into effect beginning with the following month’s commission payment.
