How are you keeping your employees safe during COVID-19?

We take the health and safety of our team seriously and hold ourselves to very high standards to protect our employees. We’re following CDC, state and local guidelines, and taking the appropriate precautions to create a safe working environment, including:

  • Providing personal protective equipment (PPE) for all employees and requiring mask usage
  • Offering vaccination leave to help ensure vaccinations are accessible to our employees 
  • Ensuring employees stay home when sick by providing COVID related sick leave 
  • Requiring daily wellness checks before shifts, including taking employee temperatures
  • Setting up workstations to ensure adequate  distancing in our authentication centers 
  • Investing in ventilation systems that meet or exceed best practices for COVID safety
  • Requiring COVID safety training for all employees
  • Conducting frequent disinfections of high touch surfaces 
  • Working with third-party medical experts to validate our approach and identify ways to continually improve on these measures
